Honors Electronics
Introduction
The four-year (9th through 12th grades) Honors Electronics course is designed for high-achieving and technically-oriented students who plan on matriculating into either an engineering university or competitive technical college.
Based on the United States Labor Department studies, engineering fields will have a huge deficit of engineers and technicians in the foreseeable future due to the expanding technological work force base. Our program has evolved to address this need by promoting electronics engineering to high school students. The Honors Electronics Program integrates Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) using a wide range of projects and laboratory activities on a regular basis, which prepares high school students for careers in the 21st Century engineering and technology careers.
