How to Pay for LEO Sports Camps

Online Payment

1.  Visit our booking website: LEOsportscamps.clubsbuddy.net

2.  Follow the registration process:

• • Click 'Register' and fill in the Parent Form.

  • Complete the Child Registration Form.

  • Add more children (if needed) or Finish to proceed to booking.

3.  Select your chosen venue and dates.

4.  Proceed to the payment section.

5.  Pay securely using your debit or credit card.

Important Notes:

Payment must be made in advance of attending the camp. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How to pay by Tax Free Childcare

To pay for LEO Sports Camps with childcare vouchers, you can: 

1.  Book online (see above)

2.  Select "Pay by Childcare Vouchers" at the payment section

3.  Log in to your preferred childcare voucher provider or Tax-Free childcare account

4.  Select Cheam Common Junior, KT4 8UT, as the childcare provider

5.  Enter the amount you would like to pay

6.  Activate the payment

7.  Wait for the booking to be changed to childcare verified

8.  Send proof of payment to remittances@leoacademytrust.co.uk

When paying by childcare vouchers please email remittances@leoacademytrust.co.uk with proof of full payment. You can then select the pay by voucher option at the payment section and complete your booking.

When emailing remittances@leoacademytrust.co.uk with proof of payment the subject line should say LEO Sports camp. Please ensure you choose Cheam Common Junior, KT4 8UT, as the childcare provider if setting up a new voucher payment.  

Please note this is not a part of the HAF program, Free School Meal program or any other financial relief provider. 

If you do not contact and provide proof of full payment to remittances@leoacademytrust.co.uk, you will not gain access to the sports camp.
