WORLD OCEAN DAY
All the school have made a great start to World Ocean's Day! Year 2 have imagined what the animals of the Atlantic Ocean would say to humans if they had the chance. Year 4 have enjoyed researching and learning about the indian ocean on and creating their own informative poster. Year 6 have become animators and are using Toontastic and Stop Motion Video to show the effect pollution and plastics have on apex predators in the ocean. Some very powerful images are being created! As part of World Ocean Day, Year 3 have been learning about the importance of our oceans, understanding how we helping the marine animals from plastic pollution and recognising the impacts of climate change.

Year 3 have immersed themselves into mummification this week by mummifying tomatoes! We learned the steps to mummification to help us write our own set of instructions to mummify a pharaoh!
YEAR 4
Year 4 have been comparing angles using tracing paper to help in Maths.
