This year all EYFS settings across the LEO Trust will be celebrating ‘Elmer Day’ on Wednesday 24th June, just earlier than the national date 27th May, which is a Saturday. The focus on this day is being unique and spreading positivity.

Elmer spreads cheer and happiness with his distinctive colours, so on this day we would like the children to take part in a ‘splash of colour day’, adding colour to their school uniform. This may be by wearing a coloured headband, a hat, a scarf etc.

Please be aware that usual activities (forest school/PE/swimming) will continue on this day so please dress your child appropriately.
