Coronation celebrations have begun! We were privileged to see all the amazing crowns that have been designed and made by the children. So much hard work and good fun. Well done everyone!

Year 4 have been having a lovely time on their cooking club with Mrs Ludlow. Some yummy coronation cakes have been made!

The reception classes have been learning about the life cycles of frogs at Forest school. We have also been pond dipping to see if we have any tadpoles in our school pond! 

In Science, Year 3 have been exploring reflective materials as part our ‘light’ topic. Pupil's investigated what the most reflective material was so people can be seen more easily and keep safe in the dark . 

Year 5 Sapphire Class Historians have been researching on Early Greek Civilisations to create a TV broadcast, informing about the achievements and decline of the Minoans. They used a Flip grid to record themselves. 

A brilliant morning at Stanley Park Junior School with guests from the Royal Opera House. The children rehearsed 3 songs from the most performed opera in the world: 'Magic Flute'.
