Rice is a primary staple food for people from rice farming areas in southern China. Steamed rice, usually white rice, is the most commonly eaten form. People in South China also like to use rice to make congee as breakfast. Rice is also used to produce beer, baijiu and vinegar.
The egg tarts were very delicouso. They were soft and creamy. THey still had the egg taste.
The soup dumplings were really good and hot. The dumpling paired very well with the dumpling so it had a good texture and taste.
soup dumplings were so good, the experience of ordering food off of carts was fairly new to me, and very interesting.
the soup dumplings were very good i liked them a lot
I. LOVED THE CHAR SIU BAO BECAUSE OF THE SOFT BREADING ON THE OUTSIDE, MIXED WITH THE SWEET AND SOUR FLAVOR OF THE BBQ PORK ON THE INSIDE
Legend was a good first restaurant to go to in my opinion because we got the experience of the servers wheeling the carts around. Even though we didn't get to individually pick what we wanted to eat, we still got to see how the system works.
I love how legend had a bunch of seafood because for me I really liked the shrimp dumplings and it really felt like I was getting the full treatment with all of the carts and how crowded it was.-Sophia d.
My favorite dish there was the soup dumplings. I really liked how it had a lot of flavor.
My favorites were egg tarts and spring rolls. I love all the tiny baskets of food you can choose from.
