Ariana Dimitrakis is the co-founder of The Fit Magazine, an online publication featuring fashion, beauty, fitness and lifestyle content to help college students everywhere find their perfect fit to become their best selves. She is a junior at Lehigh University studying journalism with a double minor in graphic design and marketing. She recently published her first book, Female-Empowered Fashion, and she is the campus editor-at-large from Lehigh for Thrive Global. On campus, she is the multimedia editor for Lehigh’s student-run publication, The Brown and White, the vice president of communications for Lehigh’s Hellenic Society, and the director of membership selection for Pi Beta Phi. She loves fashion, writing, taking pictures and traveling.

Ethan Smith is the Founder of the Free Solo Podcast, a show designed to highlight high performers from all walks of life and the stories that have gotten them from A to B. It was his passion for personal and professional development, as well as his love for connecting with others that motivated him to start the show. To date the show has been listened to in 36 states and 25 countries! Ethan grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and is currently a junior at Lehigh University, studying management and psychology. Previously, he has interned with a variety of companies across multiple industries including Fidelity Investments, Otto Kroeger Associates, Codi, and Marriott. In his free time, Ethan enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, and spending time out of his comfort zone.

Justin is the founder and sole-proprietor of Wood Goods Lacrosse, which specializes in making customized wooden lacrosse shafts. In the first fifteen weeks of traveling to tournaments, Justin was responsible for over 500 units, and +$30,000, in in-person sales. He is a junior in the Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program, pursuing degrees in Finance and Real Estate Development Engineering.

Will is the co-founder of Preff, a social meetup network that helps people make lunch and dinner plans more easily. For restaurants, Preff provides a clear, straightforward way to get and keep customers using online advertising. A previous SWE intern at Microsoft, He is a senior at Lehigh pursuing his B.S. in Computer Science & Business and M.S. in Computer Science.
