Ali Kaminetsky is the founder of Modern Picnic - a direct-to-consumer brand that offers high end, insulated, vegan leather lunch bags for women. Modern Picnic has created multi-purpose products that have become not just an accessory in women’s closets, but an essential. Since launching 2018 Modern Picnic has been featured publications such as The New York Times, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Forbes, amongst others. Before starting MP, Ali worked at Macy's as a buyer in fine jewelry. Ali graduated from Lehigh University's Business School in 2016 where she studied Supply Chain Management and Marketing, and played on their Division 1 Tennis Team.

Founder of Eliza's Brand Bar, a consulting business focused on content creation, social media strategy, and creative planning for start-ups and small businesses. Eliza is also a 2020 Venture for America Fellow, a program focused on building economic opportunities in emerging cities across the U.S. While at Lehigh, Eliza was heavily involved with the Baker Institute, winning over five Eureka Pitch Competitions and participating in the Hatchery and LSV during her time as CMO for A Sneakerhead’s Paradise.
