Grades and Homework

I try to keep grades updated at least once a week. You can check your child’s grades online using Infinite Campus. If you do not have this information please let me know and I will send login information home with your child. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Family time is important and students should not spend a lot of time working on homework after school. Therefore, students will not have homework unless there is work that is not finished in the classroom within a reasonable time frame. On the other hand, students are recommended to practice math facts at home, if they have not already been mastered. There are some great resources that can make practicing fun and exciting! Please let me know if you have any further questions about my homework policy.

Students will get a study guide for math tests. The study guides will be given to students and sent home at least 2 days prior to the test day. Please be sure to watch for these! These study guides include extra practice for the students to complete at home and helpful information that they have learned throughout the unit. It is important that students work through and look at the study guide prior to the test so they can ask further questions or ask for clarification, when needed.
