LTC Scott VARNADO

Scott Varnado, Senior Army Instructor Cypress Lake High School. He retired from the United States Army after 23+ years of active duty service.  He served in a wide variety of assignments around the world as an infantry and logistics officer.  LTC Varnado has been a JROTC Instructor in the Lee County School District since 2017.  He is married and has a daughter and two sons, and his hobbies are boating, fishing, golfing and spending time with family.

CSM SErgio L. Ortega MIRANDA 

Sergio L. Ortega Miranda, Army Instructor Cypress Lake High School.  He retired from the United States Army as a General Engineering Supervisor after 30 years of active duty service.  He has served his country all over the world.  He is married with a son and a daughter; and three grandchildren.  His hobbies are: Golfing, Cycling, Hiking, Automotive Repair, and just enjoying life to the fullest.

SFC JONATHAN LINDE 

Jonathan Linde, Army Instructor Cypress Lake High School.  He retired from the United States Army as a Armor Crewman after 20 years of active duty service.  He has served his country all over the world.  He is married with a daughter. His hobbies are: Just spending time with family and friends.
