US students can now use this convenient online form to send AS & A Level grade transcripts and/or AICE Diploma notification to US colleges and universities.
Students may complete this request as early as the February of your Senior year, once accepted into a college or university. If they have exams scheduled for the May/June Series of that year, those results can be included in the request, and the transcript will be sent after those scores have been released (typically the second week of the August following the exams).
Institutions will receive transcripts within 14 days of your request or, if you select a future series, within 14 days of results release.
To send grade transcripts online, students will need to provide:
Student’s name, date of birth, and email address.
A picture of student’s valid ID (e.g., passport, birth certificate, state-issued driver’s license, permit, or official ID).
For each exam series: the series' month and year, center name or number (IBHS is UX647), and candidate number (optional if you don’t remember your candidate number).
Institution(s) (up to six per request) where they wish to send grades.
College Credit
The AICE program is an acceleration mechanism, meaning it gets you ready for hard college classes at a more rapid pace than traditional coursework. As with other advanced programs, AICE involves studying college-level material and learning college-level skills while in high school. At the end of each course is an exam that measures learning outcomes. Passing scores on these exams are accepted for college credit at many colleges and universities. You can earn up to 45 hours of college credit from the AICE Diploma, but individual course certificates (passed exams) can also earn you college credit.

Bright Futures Information and Your AICE Diploma
The names of AICE Diploma recipients cannot be submitted to Bright Futures before the end of the senior year because they do not attach the eligibility until the final transcript from the high school showing that they have indeed graduated is posted.
If a student is reliant on the AICE Diploma for Bright Futures, it will not show up until the August of their first college year, even if they received the ADIP in 11th grade. The list of qualifying students goes to Cambridge, and Bright Futures will confirm them for all graduated seniors in mid-August when the June 2023 scores release. At that time, the status should change from Ineligible to Eligible or from FMS (75%) to full FAS (100%). It may take until the end of August to post properly.
If the student is worried about it covering summer classes, talk to the registrar’s office and explain the situation to them. They will either defer payment, have the student pay and reimburse, or hold your check. Each school has a different plan for dealing with it and each one changes annually.
Students must submit a completed Florida Financial Aid Application to be considered for Florida Bright Futures Awards, as well as other Florida Scholarships and Grants. This application typically opens on October 1 each year.
Other Scholarships
In Florida, completing the diploma and 100 hours of community service automatically nets you the Florida Academic Scholarships Award (currently, 100% tuition) via the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.
There are also various school-specific scholarships at colleges. Check with individual schools for details.
