Supporting College & Career Readiness for Every Child

The Lee County Schools Career & Technical Education team is excited to spotlight how we are supporting College and Career Readiness for every student by partnering with MajorClarity, a digital academic and career planning platform designed to help your child discover future careers & take ownership of their academic goals.  

What is unique about MajorClarity is that it offers engaging career simulation content, called career path “test-drives”, that promote long-term comprehension and retention -- and thus impact. Children only retain about 10% of what they read, while they can retain up to 95% of visual/interactive content. To see more, we encourage parents to log into the platform with your student to show you their discovery and progress. You may also wish to request a copy of your student’s Academic Career Plan (or ‘ACP’), which highlights the connections your child is making between future career interests and current academic planning.
