Most quizzes will be open-note quizzes using the information in their notebook.

Simulations, labs, etc.
Timely Submission Policy: Assignments are to be submitted punctually. In the event of a late submission, students are granted a one-day extension to submit the assignment and will receive a maximum score of 50%. Submissions beyond this grace period will result in a zero grade.
PROJECTS: 25%
There will be at least one project grade per unit
Late Submissions: Late projects will incur a deduction of 10% off the earned grade for each day the project is overdue, up to a maximum deduction of 50%. It is important to adhere to deadlines to ensure fair and consistent assessment.
Complete Submission: Students are required to submit all components of the project on the specified due date. Partial submissions will not be eligible for credit beyond the due date. It is crucial to present a comprehensive and well-rounded project to demonstrate understanding and mastery of the material.
Timely completion of assignments is crucial for academic success. If there are extenuating circumstances affecting your ability to submit assignments on time, please reach out to me before the due date.

I DO NOT assign homework but if you have work that was not finished in class you may need to complete it outside of class
Students - if you have a question about an assignment or grade, it is best if you send me an email (yourself) or come see me after class.
For students who are absent on the day an assignment is due, despite having attended all previous class periods, it is anticipated that they submit the assignment upon their return. Those who are absent during the assigned timeframe for completing assignments will be afforded an equivalent timeframe for completion, aligning with the schedule provided to their peers.
