Below, you will find a wind variety of programmes we offer as part of our Primary Academy.
Online Reading Group
Our weekend online reading group consists of 2 lessons per week (Saturday and Sunday).
Ages 5 - 8 @ 11:30am Saturday and Sunday
Ages 9 - 11 @ 12:30pm Saturday and Sunday
Our Primary Group Reading Programme is designed to help children become confident, capable, and engaged readers through high-quality online teaching in a supportive small-group environment. With two lessons each week, the programme focuses on developing the key building blocks of strong reading: fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, expression, and the ability to discuss and respond thoughtfully to a text.
Beyond improving reading accuracy and understanding, the programme aims to build children’s confidence, concentration, and independence, helping them approach reading with greater enjoyment and self-belief. By learning alongside others in a small group, children also benefit from shared discussion, encouragement, and exposure to a wider range of ideas and texts. Our goal is to create not only stronger readers, but enthusiastic learners with a lasting love of reading that will support their progress across the whole curriculum.
