(Example: Am I exercising? How are my eating habits? Am I spending time outside? Am I making choices that are healthy for my body?)
How is my mental health?
(Example: How do I feel on a scale of 1-10? What does my self-care look like? What does my support system look like, who is in it? Am I connected?)
How is my cultural/spiritual connection?
(Example: Am I connecting with my Elders? What am I doing to stay connected to my culture? Who am I connected to?)
How is my relationship with myself?
(Example: Am I using positive affirmations? Am I trying to use positive self-talk?)
