abbyschools.ca - for staff
For staff only - includes Email, Calendar, OneDrive, and other Microsoft software using office365.com online. Use your abbyschools.ca account for all professional communication and store your files in OneDrive online at office365.com.
Student teachers are also eligible for abbyschools.ca accounts. School admin or designate, e.g. sponsor teacher, should contact helpdesk@abbyschools.ca with the information.
Students use learn34.com - Google (not abbyschools.ca)

MyEducation BC - our provincial student information system
Email sis.support@abbyschools.ca to ask for password help and other support. If you are an administrator you can also request new accounts for teachers and administrators.
Your username is first initial and then your last name followed by 34, e.g. fsmith34. In Settings, under Preferences (top right), set reminder questions so that if you forget your password, you can click Forgot My Password and not need to contact SIS Support.
Summary of FIPPA (privacy law) - each employee is only allowed to access the information that they actually need to do their job, not additional information.
In schools MyED accounts are only available to teachers and administrators.
The built-in, newly district recommended grade book (Secondary and Middle) and "How to tips" are available at the Digital Learning website here: https://sites.google.com/learn34.com/digital-learning/myeducation-bc
MyEd is used for Secondary school report cards. Individual Secondary schools provide instructions to teachers.
Seesaw - app.seesaw.me - our Elementary school portfolio and parent communication platform
Please sign into your Seesaw account with your abbyschools.ca email (not Google sign in). If you do not have a password or you have forgotten yours, click on "Forgot Password" and check your abbyschools.ca email. Contact Debbie Born, Helping Teacher, for support. Checkmyprogress.ca - used for Elementary and Middle report cards
Elementary and Middle school report cards (except Abby Middle IB program)
Your school clerical will create your account and set up a reset email should you forget your password.
