Watch how to create the Meet Link, send it out, and then on the day of the Meet, how to admit people from the Waiting Room.
Note, this link can be used for multiple days, for example, if you have interviews on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
The Waiting Room feature works for those OUTSIDE of our learn34 portal, so if you have parents who are Teachers or EAs in our district, please ask them to join the Meet from a personal Chrome log in (not with learn34.com). If they log into chrome with their learn34 credentials, they will JOIN and immediately have access and enter your Meet, thus potentially barging in on a meeting in progress.
