Online Meeting Guidelines

Online Meeting Norms - Teachers

Teachers are asked to share this with students each time an online Google Meet takes place:

"Everything that takes place in this meeting may be recorded and needs to be school related. When you first enter our meeting please turn your video on so I can see you."

Notes:

• Teachers may activate the Google Meet recording function each time they have a meeting

• Anyone with a cell phone camera can record anything that is taking place on a screen even if the meeting recording is off

• Teachers are asked to remind students to think of online meetings as if they were in an in-person classroom
