Avoid - Jeans, Running Shoes, Hats, NO GUM!
Check-in at the check in desk - 10 minutes before your time and find out what table you will be at
Don’t be late! Show you are prepared by arriving on time.
Try to avoid checking in too early, this will prevent crowding in the hall way.
If you are taking your panel members to another area in the school, have you confirmed this with Ms. Robinson/Ms. Dow and the teacher who’s space it impacts?
Going into the presentation…
Be courteous and arrive 10 minutes early, DON’T be late!
When it is your time, the doors to the multi will open and you can go to your assigned table
If you need a computer, you can sign one out at the check in desk. Be early to get the computer set up.
Introduce yourself by MAKING EYE CONTACT and SMILING and shaking hands
If you made a slideshow, avoid reading your slides word for word. Use your slides as a guide but make eye contact with your panel members as you speak. Your panel members will be asking you questions as you are having a dynamic conversation with them.
