Level A: No specific qualifications. Can be performed by classroom teacher, or other support positions.
Level B: Masters degree in Psychology, Education, OT, Speech and Language, OR members of the BC College of Teachers who complete additional coursework.
Level C: Membership in either the BC College of Psychologists or the BC College of School Psychologists.
As an administrator of assessment tests, there is an ethical responsibility that has to be followed.
If further testing is needed, a referral for a Psycho Educational Assessment is required. Follow the steps outlined by the District's Referral Process.
