As you've learned throughout this mini-course on Digital Portfolios, it is less about the tool(s) you select and more about your purpose to take your assessment practice in taking this new direction. When we create space for students to authentically select learning evidence and reflect on their strengths and areas for growth, we know that learning flourishes.
The last item we'll leave you with is to reflect on what really matters. As you'll see in the blog post 'What Really Matters' from one of our team members, it is easy to get lost in the assessment trends of "going gradeless", developing new scales, revamping report cards, or in our case "going all in with digital portfolios." At the heart of it we invite you to return to where we began which is with our district's CSL Criteria. Continuing to grow in these 5 areas is matters for students regardless of the direction or tool you take to get there.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about digital portfolios.
Please take a few minutes to complete the following final reflection.
After you complete the reflection you will receive an email with instructions on how to get your Digital Portfolios Certification of Completion.
