• 8th Grade Counseling Lessons:"Begin with the End in Mind" an introduction to academic requirements in high school and college. Presented in Social Studies Classes

March 2nd- March 11th 

• 7th to 8th Grade Registration: Students register for 8th grade classes for fall of 2026 and will fill out Elective Forms due March 13, 2026.Presented in English classes.

• AVID Presentation by Newbury Park Highschool for qualifying 8th graders only

• 6th to 7th Grade Registration:Students register for 7th grade classes for fall of 2026 and will fill out Elective Forms due       TBA          found here. Presented in TBA

• Newbury Park High School "Future 9th Grade Presentation": Students learn about courses and opportunities in High School.

  March 25th and 26th  

• 8th to 9th Grade Registration with NPHS Counselors. Presented through Physcial Education classes

March 30th- April 3rd

• 7th grade counseling lesson: "Learning Styles". Students identify learning preferences and strategies for success at school.
