Contact us for our private pay rates. Families with out of network insurance can also request superbills, which they can submit to their insurance in an attempt for reimbursement.
Fill out our interest form here! Once you have submitted the form, we will reach out to you to discuss your child's needs, get you scheduled for an evaluation, and let you know what paperwork we will need in order to work together.
During the evaluation we will discuss your current concerns and watch how your child moves, plays, and interacts with their environment. Following our examination, we will talk about our recommendations for services and answer any questions you may have at that time. If services are recommended, we will discuss goals and our plan of care, focusing on your child's best interest.
