With a background in pediatric physical therapy and a passion for making a difference, founder Jillian Moscicki had long envisioned being part of a clinic that promoted a sense of community, compassion, and individualized care. Leap Pediatric Therapy was born in 2025 to do just that.

Located in Pelham, Alabama, Leap Pediatric Therapy is proud to serve Shelby County and the surrounding areas, and aims to offer children of all abilities access to therapeutic services closer to home.
