Mrs. Sanchez

Kelly Sanchez is the Head Choir Director at Wiley Middle School. She is excited to return for her eighth year of teaching at Wiley, and ninth year of teaching overall.

Mrs. Sanchez graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Choral Music Studies. While at Texas State, she had the opportunity to premiere several works, travel to England with a summer music program, and study with incredible professors. Mrs. Sanchez also interned with the Hill County Youth Chorus and Austin Children's Choir. 

During her time at Wiley, choirs under Mrs. Sanchez's direction have received Superior and Excellent ratings at UIL.

Mrs. Sanchez is originally from Leander, TX, and even attended Wiley Middle School and Rouse High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek, their baby, Milo, and their two dogs, Pepper and Leia.

 She is grateful for all of the support from the Wiley community, and is excited to work with your awesome students!
