JOHN BOEHRINGER

Greetings! My name is John Boehringer and I am honored to serve Vista Ridge High School as an Assistant Principal.

I received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Dallas and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University at Commerce. I started my career as a researcher for low-energy nuclear studies, after which I chose to enter the classroom to pursue the challenge of helping my students learn to love science and learning. I spent 14 years teaching high school physics and a year as a college professor of physics. During that time I served as an athletic coach, department chairperson, UIL Academics coach, and academic contest coordinator at several campuses in the North Texas area. In 2015 I became an assistant principal at a large high school in that area and have been serving students in this capacity ever since.

I am exceptionally excited to be joining the Rangers at Vista Ridge High School and look forward to serving our students, their families, and our teachers. Please connect with me anytime.
