Advanced course grade Waiver
Submit this form if you'd like to apply for an Advanced Course Grade Waiver. This form will be open the week AFTER the grading cycle from Mon - Thurs at 4:00 pm. After your waiver is reviewed, you will be notified via your school email address. Your coach/sponsor will also be notified.
Waivers must be turned in by the Thursday after the grading cycle by 4:00 pm.

Ms. Smith will let you know if you have been granted a waiver.
Students can waive a class if they received a 60-69. 59 and below cannot be waived.
Students can waive one class per six weeks.
Students can waive a class one time per semester.
