Major Topics Include but are not limited to:  Housing and Human Needs, Housing Types, Sustainable Design, Renting vs Buying, Principles and Elements of Design, Color Theory, Construction Documents and Visual Presentations, Design Boards, Design Styles, Historical Furniture Styles, Furniture Design, Furniture Materials/ Construction and Care, Interior Selections - Finishes, Fixtures, Lighting and Accessories, Visual Presentation - 1 Point Perspective Drawing, American Architectural Styles, 3D Design, Universal Design, and Professional Practices. 

FCCLA Opportunity:  All students enrolled in this course will have the opportunity to be involved in VHS FCCLA.
