All About Me

2026-2027 school year is my 27th year in Education and my 26th year in Leander ISD.  Before becoming a School Counselor I taught Kinder-2nd grade. 

I have been a School Counselor in LISD since 2019.   I love, love, love, being able to connect with all students.  Being the person that all students and staff can go to for support and a listening ear brings me great joy.  The little ones call me the Kindness Lady and I think that is the perfect name!  SRE is just the best school and community around!

I have 2 teenagers.   My son is a Sophomore this year at Colorado State University and loves everything outdoors. My daughter is a Senior in high school and enjoys all the opportunities high school brings. She is looking forward to planning for College!
