For kinder and first grades, students who are struggling in class will be:
quietly pulled aside and have a conversation about the behavior they are experiencing
If the student continues to show the same behavior, they will go to an assigned spot to reflect and reset
If the behavior continues after their reflection time, then parents will be notified, we will discuss options for resolving the behaviors, and the student will complete a think sheet that will be sent home.
*Any perceived physical contact or behavior, which involves the safety of another student will be referred to the Assistant Principal's office.
