Math: Counting forwards and backwards by 5s and 10s using various manipulatives, including dice.

Reading: Author study with Kevin Henkes. Reading literature that focused on rhythm and rhyming and continuing setting and character.
Writing: Finishing up our narrative writing and focusing on sentence structure.
Science: Finish our Environments Science Unit.

Math Practice for This Week: Addition Game: Have your student roll a die twice and add the numbers together or subtract them! An extension option is to roll the die a total of 4 times to create 2 digit numbers to add together.
