T-Shirt and Fees
All choir students need a choir t-shirt for informal performances (all performances for 6th graders). A class fee will be charged as well. Please use the following links to access the RBMS webstore to pay for these items!
REQUIRED FORMS
This year all forms are being handled through the online RankOne platform.** (If you have a student in multiple activities you still need to fill out forms for choir.)
Forms that must be completed for your child to be eligible for choir activities:
1) Trip Authorization
2) Emergency Card
3) Extra Curricular Handbook Acknowledgement Form (read the Fine Arts Handbook and RBMS Choir Policies here)
4) LISD Photo Release
5) Travel and OTC Medication Consent
