HOME ACCESS CENTER LOGIN
The HAC program allows parents an opportunity to view grades and track attendance online. Find the HAC link here. In addition, parents will be notified when their child is absent through the district’s communication system. As a parent of a student in Leander ISD, you are already a part of the communication system, so there is no need to subscribe. I don’t have a username and password. How do I get one?
Contact your campus registrar (Megan.Miller@leanderisd.org) to get the log in and password. Each Parents will have their own account.
My username and password are not working, what should I do?
Call or send an Email to Megan.Miller@leanderisd.org. If you have a valid email on file, you can click on the “Forgot My Username or Password” link on the login screen.
Why can’t I see the information on my second or third student? When I login, I only see one.
If you have more than one child attending a school (or schools) using Home Access Center and you do not have student selection links available to see all of your students, you should contact your student’s school and ask for all of your students to be linked to your account. Once this is done, you will have access to your other students with the same login.
(Students, you will have access to only your own information).
Why am I receiving grade alert emails?
Please log into the Home Access Center and select the “My Alerts link” on the left part of the menu and confirm the % threshold you want to receive alerts on for each student. The HAC user will receive an email alert when the student’s average falls below the threshold you set up. ** If you wish to receive an email notification regardless of threshold, leave the two fields blank.
Am I able to check my child’s grades for previous school years?
Grades from a previous school year are only available through Home Access Center if a school has generated a transcript for a student.
Please note there are a few key differences in the report cards through this system.
Absences are calculated as a total and are not broken out as excused or unexcused due to size limitations on report cards from eSchoolPLUS.
Parents will have the ability to print a PDF of the report card from the website version.
Categories at the top abbreviated (C1= Cycle 1, Comm = Comments, ABS=Absences). Credits will be populated after the semester and/or course is complete.
