College Visits 

College Visits: Juniors and Seniors are allowed two excused absences for college visits a school year. 

• Please stop at the administrative office of the campus and ask them for a Letterhead note for attendance purposes. Be sure that the following information is provided with the Letterhead note. 

  • The student’s name

  • The exact dates they were on the campus

  • Confirmation that the visit took place (Registration confirmations do not count as confirmation that the visit took place)

• If your student has used their two excused absences please still obtain the Letterhead note and send it over to the attendance office and we can mark it with an A absence excused with parent note.
