Hi, my name is Sabrina Hart-Aten. I graduated from Texas State University in the Fall of 2019 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I was lucky enough to do my student teaching experience at Westside Elementary as well as my first long-term substitute position in the spring of 2020. This is my sixth year of teaching at Westside Elementary. My hobbies include taking my dogs for walks every day and designing shirts. My passion without a doubt is teaching. It has been a passion of mine to inspire and engage students since I was a young girl.

I have chosen to teach at Westside because of all the amazing, loving, and caring experiences I encountered at Westside Elementary. Westside has always had a special place in my heart since the day I stepped into the school to complete my observation hours and then came back to complete my student teaching experience. I can't wait to put my passion to work and gain a deeper connection with the children, parents, and staff.
