Hello! My name is Kathryn Cox, and I will be your child's math & science teacher this year. I graduated from the University of North Texas and have worked in the education field since the 1990s !!

Westside became my home campus when my children enrolled as Rockets almost ten years ago. I am inherently proud of the mindset, culture, and mission we helped developed through the years.

My husband, James, is the Vertical Construction Manager for Chasco Constructors and serves on the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. He has literally built our city.

My three daughters, Faith, Grace, and Charity are all LeanderISD graduates.

Faith is a professional photographer and moved all the way to Michigan to explore our northern states.

Grace is my "Mighty Middle.' She graduated from Texas State last spring with a 3.9 GPA.

Even more exciting than that, Grace and her Kyle (Peterson) welcomed their baby girl, Paisley Mae, my very first grandchild, last August. She'll soon be one!

My youngest, Charity, officially turns me into an empty-nester last year, as she graduated from CPHS & is pursuing an Associates Degree at Temple College.

We truly live the Lead. Grow. Inspire. mission!

I'm looking forward to an AmAZinG year.
