What you need to enroll at CRMS -
1. Fill out enrollment information online.
2. Proof of Residency - Leander ISD requires one of the following: a) utility bill, b) lease agreement, or c) in cases where the utilities and/or lease agreement is in the name of a person other than the parent/guardian, the person listed must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement and also must provide a notarized letter stating that the parent/guardian and children are living at that address. Please contact the campus registrar for more information.
3. Copy of Student's Social Security Card. If no card is provided the student will be assigned a state ID number.
4. Copy of Student's Birth Certificate.
5. Copy of Parent's Photo Identification Card.
6. Immunization Records- Texas Vaccine Requirements HERE ** If a student has never been in TEXAS public school you must have proof that immunizations are up to date.
7. Copy of student's last report card or withdrawal forms from previous school
8. After enrollment is complete the registrar will notify the grade level counselor to assist in filling out the New-To-District course sheet. See the CRMS Counseling website for more information.
