I don’t have a username and password. How do I get one?

Contact your campus registrar to get the log in and password. Students and Parents will have separate accounts. 

My username and password are not working, what should I do?

If you have a valid email on file, you can click on the “Forgot My Username or Password” link on the login screen. Then put in your email address as the User Name. 

**If that process does not work, you should visit your (child’s) school or contact the campus registrar. 

Why can’t I see the information on my second or third student? When I login, I only see one.

If you have more than one child attending a school (or schools) using Home Access Center and you do not have student selection links available to see all of your students, you should contact your student’s school and ask for all of your students to be linked to your account. Once this is done, you will have access to your other students with the same login.

(Students, you will have access to only your own information). 

Why does it take so long for my student’s assignments to be graded?

Contact your students teacher if you have questions about assignments or grades. CRMS teachers update their gradebooks every Monday.  

I don’t see any assignments or grades but I know my student has had homework?

Not every teacher is posting assignments within the Teacher Access Center module of eSchoolPlus. If your son’s or daughter’s teacher is not posting assignments, the assignments and associated grades will not be available in Home Access Center. Contact your students teacher for more information on their current grade.

Why do I see different amounts of information depending on which student I view?

Schools are not required to participate in all available blocks of information. Depending on the school and how they wish to share information, the screens may look a little different between students. (Students will see only their own information). 

Am I able to check my child’s grades for previous school years?

LISD only shows current year grades in Home Access Center. Contact your campus registrar if you need previous grades. 

Report Cards through this system.

• Go to the Grades Tab

• Go to the Report Card Tab

• Parents will have the ability to print a PDF of the report card from the website version on the top right corner.

• Categories at the top abbreviated (C1= Cycle 1, Comm = Comments, ABS=Absences). Credits will be populated after the semester and/or course is complete.
