I know it seems crazy to already be thinking about next year courses, but we will begin that process soon. Students will be getting 24/25 course registration and transition information through their Advisory and Language Arts classes in the coming weeks. In addition, we will be hosting parent webinars to help with all of this information too. Please plan to join us! Some CRMS courses will require a form/application/meeting/etc., and those will be specified on the choice sheet. The dates below are for current 6th and 7th grade students.
January 30:
Students preview course information in Advisory class. No selections made at this time.
January 30:
Parent Webinar at 5:30-6:15 for current 6th grade parents
Parent Webinar at 6:30-7:15 for current 7th grade parents
February 1-February 8:
Students complete a choice sheet in Language Arts class with their grade level counselor. Choice sheet will be brought home for a parent signature.
February 12:
Choice sheet with parent signature DUE for current 6th & 7th graders. Turn in the choice sheet to the Language Arts teacher.
February 20:
Students have time in Advisory class to complete applications and enrollment forms if necessary.
February 26:
Applications and enrollment forms DUE for current 6th & 7th graders.

May 24: Schedule changes for the 24/25 school year are permitted until May 24, 2024 at noon.
Schedule Changes and Conflicts
Schedule changes for 2024-2025 school year will be permitted until May 24, 2024 at 12pm. Students are expected to honor their commitments for the year. Teachers are hired and courses are created based on student course selections. Due to these variables and the complexity of the master schedule, changes beyond this date cannot be accommodated.
Since the master schedule is created to accommodate the majority, there is without doubt individuals who will not receive their desired courses. While we regret these occurrences and do everything to avoid them, they are inevitable and unavoidable. Student's schedules are often time driven by their elective choices and certain combinations are not possible. We regret to inform you of this dilemma and will work hard to minimize its occurrence. Should this occur, a counselor will reach out to parents and students to provide options.
COURSE VERIFICATION 24/25
Please view your child's HAC courses for accuracy. If there is a mistake or you would like to make a change, please utilize the appropriate grade level google form on our counseling website. Changes to course requests will be allowed until noon on May 24, 2024. No action needed if courses are correct. We hope you all have a great summer and look forward to our 2024/2025 school year!
How to view your course requests:
Log-in to Home Access Center → Select ‘Classes’ → Select the ‘Schedule’ tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see 2024/2025 Course Requests.
Notes:
This is not a course schedule. These are student requests and are in no particular order.
Course requests are a yearlong commitment. No changes to courses will be accepted after May 24th at noon.
Due to scheduling constraints, some specific class combinations may not always be available. Additionally, the availability of specific classes will be dependent on student interest and master schedule considerations.
Home Access viewing of course requests will be viewable through May 24th and then closed until schedules are live in August.
Schedule Distribution
CRMS students and families will have viewing access to their schedule in Home Access Center (HAC) prior to the first day of school. The exact date will be communicated closer to the first day of school, but typically we make schedules viewable in HAC the day of sixth grade open house night. A paper schedule will be provided to students on the first day of school.
