December 8-12: CRMS counselors will visit classes to meet with 6th and 7th grade students and provide them with course registration information/forms.
December 17: All current 6th and 7th grade students should turn in their course plan for approval in Naviance. The google form with back up courses is also due
January 21: Applications and interest forms DUE by 4:30pm for current 6th and 7th graders. See choice sheet guide for specifics.
March 12: Schedule changes for the 26/27 school year are permitted until 4pm.
Schedule changes for 2026-2027 school year will be permitted until Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 4pm. Students are expected to honor their commitments for the year. Teachers are hired and courses are created based on student course selections. Due to these variables and the complexity of the master schedule, changes beyond this date cannot be accommodated.
Since the master schedule is created to accommodate the majority, there is without doubt individuals who will not receive their desired courses. While we regret these occurrences and do everything to avoid them, they are inevitable and unavoidable. Student's schedules are often time driven by their elective choices and certain combinations are not possible. We regret to inform you of this dilemma and will work hard to minimize its occurrence. Should this occur, a counselor will reach out to parents and students to provide options.
Please view your child's HAC courses for accuracy. If there is a mistake or you would like to make a change, please utilize the appropriate grade level google form on our counseling website. Changes to course requests will be allowed until Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 4pm. No action needed if courses are correct.
How to view your course requests:
Log-in to Home Access Center → Select ‘Classes’ → Select the ‘Schedule’ tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see 2026/2027 Course Requests.

This is not a course schedule. These are student requests and are in no particular order.
Course requests are a yearlong commitment. No changes to courses will be accepted after Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 4pm.
Due to scheduling constraints, some specific class combinations may not always be available. Additionally, the availability of specific classes will be dependent on student interest and master schedule considerations.
Home Access viewing of course requests will be viewable through May 29th and then closed until schedules are live in August.
CRMS students and families will have viewing access to their schedule in Home Access Center (HAC) prior to the first day of school. The exact date will be communicated closer to the first day of school, but typically we make schedules viewable in HAC the day of sixth grade open house night. A paper schedule will be provided to students on the first day of school.
