Date: February 28 SRE, March 1 LWBE, March 5 RRE
Time: During the school day
Event: CRMS counseling staff will travel to feeder elementary schools to conduct the course selection process with students. Students will complete a choice sheet to take home for parent review and signature. The choice sheet with parent signature is due to 5th grade teachers by March 7, 2024.
6th grade choice sheet & course overview videos
Due March 7, 2024. Videos are hyperlinked on the choice sheet. Videos are created by CRMS teachers to provide an overview of their 6th grade course.
what if I want to change my student's initial choices?
Sixth Grade Course Change Request (will go live on March 25th)
Submit the change from a parent email address using the form linked above. Only PARENTS are allowed to fill out this form. Students need to talk to their parents about any changes they want to make and ask their parents to fill out this form for an official course change request for the 2024-2025 school year.
Student email requests and verbal requests will not be honored since we need parent approval.
Parents must submit this form for each course you would like to change from the original submitted choice sheet (you cannot request more than one change per form). The last day for course change requests is May 24, 2024 at 12 p.m. Late requests will not be accepted.
Math change requests need to be discussed with the counselor. Do not use this form for math change requests, please email staci.cote@leanderisd.org.
You will receive a confirmation email from the counselor within one week of submission that this request has been updated.
