When hosting a regular season tournament, not a fundraiser, please use these instructions. You must complete a Tournament Approval Form and gain approval before hosting a tournament. Your campus assistant athletic coordinator has copies of the form.
Tournament/meet approval form must be submitted at least 3 months prior to tournament start date. Approval must be given before teams are officially invited.
Enter all teams that are confirmed for the tournament and send a copy to Bev.
Title the document the name of the tournament with date (Cedar Park Girls JV Basketball Tournament 12/5/23)
