ADO Playoff Contacts:

Use the following contact person in the ADO when making arrangements for anything playoff related.

Playoff Agreements

Playoff agreements for Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Baseball, and Softball. Agreements should be completed and sent to the ADO sport contact above as soon as possible. 

Playoff Day Travel

Travel instructions for playoff competitions that does not require an overnight stay. 

Playoff Overnight Travel

Travel instructions for playoff competitions that do require an overnight stay. ADO must approve all overnight stays before hotel reservations are made. 

Mileage Claims Form 

The district will pay for mileage for coaches to scout outside of the district. Coordinator's can use this form when they travel in a person vehicle to a sporting event outside of the district. Please read guidelines before submitting.
