Enlistment into one of the following AND completed DD Form 4
Army

Marines
Coast Guard
Space Force
Air Force
Earning an Industry Based Certification (IBC) by Examination through various Career & Technology courses
AND
Completing the Program of Study that coincides with the IBC
English (CP110100)
Math (CP1112000)
(Students are not eligible to begin TCB until the beginning of their Senior year)
Graduating with a graduation code of 04, 05, 54, or 55
Graduating on the Foundation High School Plan with an Endorsement
Completing an On-Ramps course through the University of Texas
