Supporting your Student
Supporting your Student
Every student has strengths, and every student faces challenges sometimes. Our goal is to help students develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate school, relationships, and everyday life.
We help students strengthen organization, time management, study habits, goal-setting, and self-advocacy.
Students can learn strategies for communication, handling disagreements, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating peer relationships.
We support students in learning to identify emotions, manage everyday stress, solve problems, and ask for help when they need it.
Starting middle school, adjusting to a new routine, or preparing for the next grade can feel like a big step. We help students build confidence and prepare for what's ahead.
Students can reach out to their school counselor via email to schedule an appointment. Families are also welcome to contact the counseling team with questions or concerns.
Remember: Asking for help is a strength. Students do not have to figure everything out on their own.
For immediate safety concerns, contact the school directly or appropriate emergency services rather than relying on a website message or email.
