Students are required to take four core classes which include: math, social studies, ELA, and science
In addition to their core classes, students take two encore (elective) classes per semester, totaling four for the year. Encore classes are designed to explore and develop interests outside of the four core classes. Physical Education is an encore class that must be taken every year, through freshman year of high school. Band and chorus are the only encores that are year-long.

Please note that Algebra I, English I, and Fundamentals of computing are high school, credit bearing, classes and are the beginning of your child's high school transcript.
