My name is Kelly Ewing . I have absolutely loved my job here as a school counselor for the last eight years. It is such an honor to be part of the community and witness our students transform into young adults! Growing up as a military child, I moved often. While I can't claim being from this area, it has most definitely become "home" where I have raised my family. I have a BA in psychology and sociology as well as a M Ed in community counseling and School Counseling. I am a huge Baltimore Ravens fan, love fostering rescue dogs, am obsessed with my dog Foster (who was a foster fail)!

My name is Jennifer Blake and I am excited for another year at ILMS! I’m originally from West Virginia where I attended West Virginia University. I have taught elementary school and was also a high school counselor before coming to ILMS. This is my 14th year working in public education and my 4th year at ILMS. I love to travel, am a huge sports fan and like to go hiking. I’m looking forward to working with all the 8th graders this year!

My name is Curwood Dillingham. A native of Rock Hill, I have stayed close to home. I earned my BA of Science at Lee University located in beautiful Cleveland, TN and my MA of Education at Winthrop University as well as a MA in Science. When I am not at school, you can find me at the gym or riding the trails on one of my four horses!

Welcome! My name is Monique McCrea and I am excited be a part of the ILMS counseling department. I have a M.Ed in Counseling and Development and prior to this position I was a mental health counselor for 10 years. I have always had a passion to assist with the development of children and help them find their unique place in the world. Offering them the opportunity to explore themselves, their interests, and natural abilities, as well as, providing insight into the career world has been an absolute joy for me. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, reading a good book, trying new restaurants, and traveling with my husband. I am excited about this school year and helping your child to grow!

My name is Phedrian Alexander. I graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor’s of Arts, The Citadel with a Master’s of Education and Columbia College with a Master’s of Education degree. I am also a National Board Certified School Counselor. I have been an educator for over two decades. Gosh, where did the time go? I love working with students and enjoy seeing them grow. I also love traveling and spending quality time with my family.

My name is Jennifer Smith, new registrar here at ILMS, responsible for enrolling and maintaining educational records. I was a Classroom Teacher, as well as an Interventionist in Literacy and Mathematics, for 11 years in NY and NJ. Educationally, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters Degree in Mathematics. In my spare time I love to create art, renovate my home, and am mildly obsessed with Harry Potter. Welcome!
