Second Step Bullying Prevention Program

The Second Step Bullying Prevention Unit is specifically designed to be paired with the Elementary Second Step program. It teaches students specific bullying prevention skills, and through online training modules trains all school staff in how to prevent bullying at school.

In the Bullying Prevention Unit, students will learn how to:

•Recognize bullying when it happens to them or their peers.

•Report bullying to caring adults.

•Refuse bullying by learning how to be assertive and stand up for each other.

•Be bystanders who are part of the solution and not part of the problem.
