Sensors are installed on posts approximately 1 meter high facing north. Sensors 16 and 11 are placed subjectively. The remaining sensors are placed in 3, roughly north/south transects. Transects are perpendicular to a stream starting on one side, crossing the stream before moving uphill (south). See map for more details of exact location. Sensor Status Log Sheet: This google sheet will provide information regarding the status of particular sensors including when data were downloaded or issues that might result in data loss For example, if a sensor battery goes dead or a sensor is destroyed the data may have gaps (which will be indicated in the status log). For sensors that are lost/destroyed, the sensor name will include a alphabetic identifier indicating a new sensor has been placed.
