This year, we will be offering a unique opportunity for 6th grade band musicians to get more playing time on their instruments. 6th grade band students may choose to audition for the "Elite Band." This merit-based band will meet Thursday's after-school and lets 6th grade band students play in a full-ensemble setting. We will play music separate from a normal band class and perform at the Music at The Bend festival in the spring.

Our first rehearsal will be held on Thursday, February 20th* after-school until 4:45 PM.
