All applicants fill-up the application and preliminary interview form. The applicant then submits himself for an interview by the respective level counselor bringing with him/her the initial requirements (e.g. birth and baptismal certificates, certificate of good moral character, and previous school year’s from 138 if applicable)
If applicant passes the preliminary interview, he/she is allowed to pay the testing fee and take the written examination. After the examination, the applicant is informed when to get the result and is scheduled for another interview.
A member of the Admission Committee interprets the results of the exam of the applicant with the presence of his parent/guardian. If he/she passed the exam, he will be subjected for final interview and given the acceptance slip after all necessary papers are filled-up and signed. If the applicant is recommended for academic or behavior probation, both student and parent will oriented about the policies and will be made to sign a contract. If recommended for behavior probation, they have to pass by the Coordinator’s for Academic for Student Affairs and if recommended for academic probation they have to undergo an orientation by the Coordinator of Academics or any member of academic team.
Applicant presents acceptance slip and other papers to the I.S RECORDS OFFICER at the Registrar’s Office who in turn hands over the registration form.
Applicant recommended for probation fills up the registration form and presents it to the Treasurer’s Office for assessment and payment. The I.S RECORDS OFFICER will collect the Registrar’s copy of the registration form from the Treasurer’s Office and these forms will become the basis of the student’s enrollment.
The student gets his report card from the Principal’s Office and presents it to the I.S RECORDS OFFICER at the Registrar’s Office together with his certificate for reservation. I.S RECORDS OFFICER gives the registration form and after accomplishing it the student presents the form to the Treasurer’s Office personnel for assessment and payment. A student is not officially enrolled unless he has paid his registration fee.
Honor student (first and second honors only) must secure their discount form before going through the aforementioned procedure.
Old students who are under academic and behavior probation should pass by the Principal’s office and COSA Office for interview and signing of contract.
Students who were recommended to take remedial subject(s) and those with failure(s) must present their remedial certificates/summer grades before they will be given the final acceptance form.
The pupil-applicant must get a total admission rating of not less than 80%.
The enrollees must have met the required years of age for respective grade level as stated in the student handbook. In special cases, underage applicants are accepted on probationary basis or in regular terms.
Repeaters are not accepted. Overage students and students who dropped out in the middle of the school year may be re-admitted on case-to-case basis.
New enrollees who have poor grades in character education and those proven to have committed serious misbehavior(s) during the previous school year will not be admitted.
Re-enrolment/re-admission of old student to LCC will be based on academic and behavioral performance.
Old students with 2 failing grades in the academic subjects but with a passing general average will be accepted on probationary basis provided they will present summer/remedial certificate with a passing grade.
Applicants/students with failure in English subject and one other subject will not be admitted.
Applicants who have general average below 60 maybe accepted on case-to-case basis subject for academic probation.

Applicants for the upper level must first undergo interview with a member of the Academic Team with his/her previous year’s report card and may only take the preliminary interview and exams after having received the written approval from a member of the Academic Team.

The guidance counselor first interviews first year applicants before they can take the written exam. Applicants for higher year levels must first confer with a member of the Academic Team bringing with them their report cards for the previous school year, and in the company of a parent or guardian.
